Sedanini of red lentils with artichokes and potatoes




Ingredients

PREPARATION (20 MINUTES)

  • Clean and dice the potatoes and boil them. Clean the artichokes. Brown the garlic in a frying pan with extra virgin olive oil and add the potatoes.
    Meanwhile boil the macaroni in plenty of salted water.

  • Drain the pasta and pan-fry in a frying pan with the potatoes. Add the artichoke hearts and cook for about 5 minutes.
    Serve hot.
