Fusilli of Peas with Yellow Peppers Cream




Ingredients

PREPARATION (20 MINUTES)

  • Clean and wash the peppers. Clean the onion. For the yellow peppers cream, brown the onion in a casserole with olive oil and add the chopped yellow peppers.
    When cooked, blend the mixture to obtain a cream.

  • Boil the fusilli in plenty of salted water. Drain the pasta al dente and mix it to the cream of peppers.
    Pan-fry the ingredients together and serve hot.
